A Girl School has been reconstructed and inaugurated in Sarepol Province besides equipment of tens of other schools with modern laboratories and other educational necessary materials.
Head of the Sarepol Education Department, Abdul Ghafor Dasthyar told Sada-e-Azadi radio that they implement the working capacities building program in the site of education in all schools of this province. He added that the Afardin Girl School was reconstructed and inaugurated recently by financial support of UNICEF.
Mr. Dasthyar says, "The school which include 7 classrooms and 2 administrative rooms, has been reconstructed at the cost of 70,000 dollars and it makes proper learning space for more than 360 girls." According to him, reconstruction works of 24 other schools have also been started by National Solidarity program and they will be inaugurated in the near future. One of the students of new reconstructed school (Afardin Girl School) says, "We are thankful from the organization which reconstructed this school for us. Before, we were sitting in the open improper space. Sometimes we were having carpets sometimes not but now we are happy for having chairs and proper learning place."
Meanwhile, 307 schools have been equipped with modern laboratories besides necessary teaching and learning materials but before, these schools didn't have the mentioned facilities and they were facing problems.
