Funded by government of Japan, construction work on three schools in central Bamyan province has been completed, an official said on Sunday.
Education Director Mohammad Raza Ada said one of the schools has eight classrooms and four administrative rooms while rests of the schools have eight and 12 classrooms and eight administrative rooms.
He told Pajhwok Afghan News students of these schools were earlier imparted education under the open sky. Almost 1,000 registered students will be able to get education under well furnished buildings.
Rafia, a student of 7th class said: “We are happy to have a proper building now. Earlier, we used to study in open,” she added.
